Flat Shipping rate of only $5.00 on orders below $99 (USA) and from $8.95 (Canada)   NOTICE: We now provide FREE Shipping to Canada for orders over $99. This free shipping option can take approximately up to 3 weeks. For Priority mail/First class mail, please allow up to 2 weeks. For UPS shipment, customers/receivers will still be responsible to pay any Canada customs tax/fees (if applicable) to be determined by UPS or Canada customs

Free shipping and/or Flat rate shipping cost option is by US postal mail or UPS for most products only within the Continental USA (Alaska and Hawaii excluded) and Canada. In addition, there are certain exceptions on very large products such as shower toilets. Smaller items such as hand bidets, travel bidets and bathroom accessories are sent by standard US Parcel Post/First Class.  In most cases, there will be no tracking number for smaller items sent by US postal mail. Products such as seat bidets will have the UPS shipping information automatically forwarded to your email address.  FREE SHIPPING and/or Flat rate shipping option  can take approximately 5-8 business days (USA) depending on your shipping location. To Canada, it can take up to 3 weeks. Please allow these number of days from the date your order is shipped before contacting us regarding status of your order. Due to high volume of calls, all order status inquiry should only be made by sending us an email (Contact Us Link).

Expedited shipping is available on all orders, whether domestic or international. You may calculate shipping rates online by entering your state and zip code. Alternatively, you may send us an email with your shipping address for a quotation.

For international orders, you may also calculate shipping charges online or please email us for other shipping options available to your country. In order for us to give you an accurate shipping rate, please provide complete shipping address, quantity and item description.

For International shipment, customers are responsible for paying  customs and import duties at the time of delivery. We cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your country’s local customs office.
